As a team, we are uniquely situated to break new ground in the advancement of next-generation biotechnology and pharmaceuticals.

David Nilson
David NilsonVP Biotechnology & Pharmaceuticals
David has two decades of experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. He helped found one of the largest biorepositories in the country at Intermountain Healthcare for biopharmaceutical and genomic/proteomic diagnostic tool development. He received honors recognition by the Collaborative Group of the Americas for research in hereditary colorectal cancer.
Dr. Bretni Kennon, Ph.D.
Dr. Bretni Kennon, Ph.D.Chief Science Officer
Dr. Kennon completed her Ph.D. from the University of Utah in Inorganic Chemistry with emphasis on materials and bioinorganic analysis in 2008, and completed extensive postdoctoral research in Inorganic Chemistry. She has earned several honors and had many scholarly articles published. She is also MSHA, HAZWOPER, and SEM/STEM microscope certified.
William Niedermeyer
William NiedermeyerChief Technical Officer
William previously served as president of Global Integrated Technologies, and CEO of Legacy Technical Group, and has spent many decades researching the mechanism of action of sulfur excision by alltropic high energy nanomaterials, classic nucleation theory, and much more. He is a certified STEM Microscopist at the University of Utah’s NANOFAB lab, and is the owner and inventor of over 20 patents.

Daniel’s experience includes 10 years at healthcare and medical device companies Oltuse Pharmaceuticals and Bastion Biologics. His skill set covers early discovery and development strategy for dental devices and therapeutics, regulatory strategy, and CRO/CMO utilization.
Madison Stark

Madison attained her masters from Johns Hopkins University in Biotechnology focusing on molecular targets and drug discovery. She has extensive background in diagnostic medical device design, breakthrough technology development, as well as microbiology laboratory implementation.
